Date from starts empty. The Monday row does not.
Tuesday 09:14 the Monday row is NPS 33 on 12. The list under the chart says 214, and the first line is 20 October at 08:50.
Tuesday, 20 October 2026, 09:14 UTC. Mina owns customer experience at Sable, an 18-person product for clinic front desks. The plan is Scale. Survey visit-nps, version 2. She is still on Advanced analytics. Time bucket is Weekly. From is 2026-07-22 and To is 2026-10-20. The Source control above the chart is Measured by UserVane only. The row labeled 2026-10-12 to 2026-10-18 reads NPS 33, plus/minus 55, N=12, still stabilizing, source split measured 12. That row is the Monday bucket. This post is the list under the chart.
She scrolls to Filtered response explorer. Date from is empty. Date to is empty. Source on that form is All. Channel is All. The line above the rows says Matching responses: 214 (honest count for current filters). The first row reads rating 8, v2, 2026-10-20T08:50:00.000Z, measured by UserVane, in-product. The sentence is Casey's: "Labels caught up. The legend did not."
Free and Pro do not get this form. On those plans the analytics URL is the heading Advanced analytics is a Scale feature. Basic results keeps its own comment list, and that list is not this one.
The weak version, and what it costs at 09:18
The read that puts Casey on the wrong week looks like this:
The list under the chart is the week of the 12th. Matching responses 214 is the sample behind NPS 33.
Casey's first line explains the 33. Staff the legend against the week of the 12th.
Date from and Date to are blank because the chart already has From and To. Leave them.
The read that keeps 09:14 honest looks like this:
Date from and Date to start empty. Empty is not From 2026-07-22 and To 2026-10-20. The 214 counts the explorer form. The chart's dates are not on that form.
Casey's 8 at
2026-10-20T08:50:00.000Zis in the row labeled2026-10-19 to 2026-10-25. That row is Insufficient (N=4). It is not one of the 12.The 33 is the twelve timestamps from
2026-10-12T00:00:00.000Zthrough the end of Sunday 18 October. Read the timestamp before you give the sentence an owner.
The weak version staffs a Tuesday morning complaint against a Monday row that does not contain it, and it treats 214 as the reason the 33 is settled. The hatched column of four never gets its own week.
What the 214 is
The explorer form does not copy From and To. On this open, nobody has typed Date from or Date to, so the list has no date bound. Source All means imported history at any timestamp, plus measured answers on version 2. The chart's Source is a different control, and it is sitting on Measured by UserVane only. Clicking Apply up there does not fill Date from or Date to.
The 214 adds up like this:
- 58 imported rows. The newest is
2026-06-28T11:04:00.000Z. Each line says imported history. None of them is in a weekly N on this chart. - 8 measured version 2 answers before From. The latest is
2026-07-21T18:02:00.000Z. From is 22 July at 00:00 UTC, so the table does not include them. - 132 measured version 2 answers from 22 July through 11 October. They sit in earlier weekly rows.
- 12 measured answers in
2026-10-12 to 2026-10-18. That is the 33. - 4 measured answers on 19 and 20 October, before 09:14. That row says Insufficient (N=4).
58 plus 8 plus 132 plus 12 plus 4 is 214. Sixty-six of those are not in the table. Of the 148 that are, twelve are the row she is reading.
The list is newest first, 50 to a page. Page one is the 4, then the 12, then 34 of the 132. The 58 imported rows and the 8 early answers are older, so they are not on this page. You can read every sentence on page one and never see imported history, and the 214 still counts 58 of those rows.
The first four lines are the other row
These four are the top of the list. Each is measured, version 2, in-product. None of them is in the 33.
2026-10-20T08:50:00.000Z. Casey, 8. "Labels caught up. The legend did not."2026-10-20T08:05:00.000Z. Sam, 10. "Tuesday labels matched the list."2026-10-19T15:48:00.000Z. Jordan, 3. "Sunday's no-shows came back Monday night."2026-10-19T10:15:00.000Z. Taylor, 9. "Check-in held for the walk-in."
The fifth line is the last answer inside the Monday row: 2026-10-18T21:44:00.000Z, Quinn, 10, "Closed Sunday without a refresh." The next eleven lines are the rest of that row, back to Jordan's 6 at 2026-10-12T08:10:00.000Z, which is before the 10:30 ship. The line after Jordan is before 12 October 00:00 UTC. It belongs to an earlier Monday.
Set the Monday and the Sunday, then read the label
To list the twelve, set Date from to 2026-10-12 and Date to 2026-10-18, and press Filter explorer. Date from is that calendar day at 00:00 UTC, inclusive. Date to includes that calendar day and stops at the next midnight, so Sunday 18 October is in and Monday 19 October at 00:00 is out. That is the same cut as the label 2026-10-12 to 2026-10-18. The chart's From and To stay 2026-07-22 and 2026-10-20, because Filter explorer keeps them. The row you were reading does not move.
The count becomes 12. Source on the explorer is still All. It matched the measured 12 because no imported timestamp falls in that window. The source split on the chart row says measured 12. If a later import lands inside a Monday, All will count it and that split will not. Set the explorer Source to Measured when the row says measured. Channel is a third control. These twelve are in-product, so All and In-product print the same 12 today. A link answer in the same window would sit in the chart row, which has no channel control, and in this list. The channel post is that split.
Check N=12 on the sample size calculator, with 7 promoters and 3 detractors, not N=214. The calculator wants the people inside the bucket. The cell already prints plus/minus 55 and still stabilizing, because 12 is under 100.
A timestamp inside the window means that response is one of the 12. It does not mean the sentence caused the 33. Jordan's 6 at 08:10 is in the count, and it is from before the ship. That is the limit.
Bottom line: at 09:14 the Monday row is NPS 33 on 12. Date from and Date to are empty, the list says 214, and the first line is Casey at 08:50 on 20 October, which is the hatched row. Set the dates to the Monday and the Sunday, set Source to Measured, and read the timestamp before you staff the sentence.
